1. Definitions

1.1 "Customer" refers to any individual or entity placing an order for custom import products.
1.2 "Service Provider" or "Seller" refers to the company providing the custom import product service.
1.3 "Custom Import Products" are products ordered specifically based on customer-provided part numbers or specifications.
1.4 "VIN/Chassis Code" refers to the Vehicle Identification Number provided by the customer to verify the required part.
1.5 "Service Fee" is the additional charge (10% of the product value) for facilitating the order.
1.6 "Terms and Conditions" refer to the rules and guidelines outlined in this policy, which are deemed accepted by both parties upon engagement in the transaction.


2. Scope of Policy

This policy governs all transactions related to custom import products facilitated by the Seller. By engaging with the Seller for custom import orders, the Customer agrees to comply with the terms outlined herein.


3. Order Placement Procedure

Step 1: Diagnose the Required Part Number / Description
The Customer must identify the specific part or custom-order article required.

Step 2: Provide Vehicle Information
The Customer shall provide the VIN/Chassis Code or the exact part number for the required product.

Step 3: Confirmation of Part Number
The Seller will verify and reconfirm the provided part number to ensure accuracy.

Step 4: Quotation
The Seller will provide a detailed quotation, including price and availability, via email.

    Step 5: Payment
    > The Customer shall review and verify the provided information.
    > Transparency will be maintained and the Service Fee shall be 10%.
    > Full payment shall be made to the Seller’s bank account or through the online payment gateway.

    Step 6: Dispatch
    > Upon confirmation of the delivery address, the order will be dispatched.
    > Any custom duties or freight charges shall be borne by the Custom


    4. Payment Terms

    4.1 Payment must be made in full prior to order processing. Partial payments are not accepted.
    4.2 All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
    4.3 The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notification to the Customer.
    4.4 Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during payment shall be borne by the Customer.


    5. Shipping, Custom Duty, and Freight Charges

    5.1 The Seller will dispatch the order as per the confirmed delivery address shared by the Customer.
    5.2 The Customer shall bear all applicable custom duties, taxes, and freight charges associated with the importation of the product.
    5.3 Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated; however, the Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or other external factors.


    6. Liability and Risk

    6.1 Once the product is dispatched, the risk of damage, loss, or theft shall transfer to the Customer.
    6.2 The Seller shall not be responsible for claims related to lost or damaged parcels. Insurance coverage for transit, if required, must be arranged and paid for by the Customer.
    6.3 The Seller guarantees product authenticity and quality based on the information provided but shall not be liable for incorrect part numbers or specifications shared by the Customer.


    7. Dispute Resolution

    7.1 Any disputes arising from transactions under this policy shall be resolved bilaterally between the Customer and the Seller.
    7.2 No third-party mediation or legal forum shall be engaged for dispute resolution.
    7.3 Both parties agree to communicate in good faith to resolve any issues.


    8. Amendments and Updates

    8.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend or update the terms of this policy at any time without prior notice.
    8.2 Continued engagement with the Seller for custom import products shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
    8.3 The latest version of this policy will always be available on the Seller’s official website.


    Note: By placing an order, the Customer implicitly agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. No physical or digital signatures are required.
