Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
At ndestore.com, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our Shipping, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Details
1.1 Delivery Options and Rates
- Standard Delivery (Domestic): PKR 260
- Express Delivery (Domestic): PKR 880
- Standard International Delivery: PKR 7,800
- Express International Delivery: PKR 16,800
Note: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
1.2 Delivery Time Frame
- Domestic (Non-Volumetric Orders): 2–7 working days
- Domestic (Volumetric Orders): 5–10 working days
- International (Non-Volumetric Orders): 7–15 working days
- International (Volumetric Orders): 10–30 working days
1.3 Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are processed only after telephonic confirmation.
- A partial advance payment may be required, which is non-refundable.
- Parcels are securely packed and dispatched via trackable courier services.
- Loss or damage during transit is the responsibility of the courier company and consignee.
- Every order is assigned a unique Airway Bill (AWB) or CN number for tracking.
- Full payment and applicable express charges are required for urgent deliveries.
- Urgent deliveries within Lahore must be booked and paid in advance by the customer.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please review the terms below for eligibility and procedures.
2.1 Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of order receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Products not in resalable condition will not be refunded.
- The customer must return the product through a traceable courier service.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- The seller reserves the right to refuse any return.
- Non-returnable items include:
Genuine auto parts
Volumetric articles
Electrical items (e.g., spark plugs, switches, bulbs)
Custom-made products
2.2 Faulty or Defective Products
- If a product is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
- The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Products that are tampered with or used are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- A proof of purchase is required.
- Approved faulty returns may be refunded or replaced as per policy.
- Electrical and genuine parts are strictly non-returnable.
2.3 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp (+92-321-4222294).
- Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist you.
- A PKR 500 replacement charge applies (subject to service availability).
- Customers bear the return shipping cost for exchanges.
- Exchanges are processed after receiving the returned item.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Exchanges are not available for non-resalable, electrical, or genuine items.
- Exchange service fees are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of ndestore.com.
- Refunds are issued via store Credit and bank transfer only.
- Bank processing delays may affect refund timelines.
- Delivery charges (PKR 260) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds are only applicable on undamaged and unused items.
- A deduction of PKR 260 (delivery) and 20% service/packaging fee applies.
- Orders paid through payment gateways are refunded after 30-45working days.
- Orders above PKR 40,000 are refunded via post-dated cheque after 30 days.
