RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through ndestore.com. By placing an order on the website, the customer expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by all terms, conditions, and decisions outlined herein. Any order placed shall constitute full and unconditional acceptance of this Policy.

ndestore.com reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, update, or change this Policy at any time without prior notice or intimation. The version in force at the time of order placement shall be deemed applicable and binding.


1. Meaning of Return
A “Return” refers strictly to the acceptance of goods back by ndestore.com, subject to strict compliance with the conditions below:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories must be fully intact
- Products must not be installed, tested, damaged, altered, or tampered with

The following are strictly not acceptable for return:
- Damaged, unsealed, used, or tampered products
- Genuine auto spare parts and service parts
- Articles that are labelled as Imported articles
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Returns due to change of mind

Any returned shipment failing to meet the above criteria shall be rejected and dispatched back to the consignee, and all associated costs shall be borne by the customer.


2. Final Sale & Non-Return Policy
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges shall be accepted where a request arises from change of mind, incorrect selection, customer error or misinterpretation. The customer assumes full, sole and irrevocable responsibility for verifying product compatibility, specifications, application and suitability prior to placing an order.

No returns, refunds or exchanges shall be permitted without exception for Collision / Body Parts (Bonnet, Radiator Grill, Fog Light, Tail Light, Headlights, Lens Cover, Door Handle, Side Mirror, Glass etc.) Service Parts (including but not limited to filters, brake components, and wiper blades) and Electrical or Electronic Products (including but not limited to bulbs, motors, switches, sensors and related items).

By placing an order, the customer expressly, unconditionally and irrevocably waives any right to return, refund or exchange to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

No waiver, exception, amendment or variation of this policy shall be valid unless made in writing and duly authorized by the seller. No verbal assurances, representations, prior practices, or customer service communications shall operate to vary or override this policy.


3.A Return Request & Approval
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
- Prior written approval from ndestore.com is mandatory
- Unauthorized returns shall not be entertained
- Approval of any return or exchange is at the sole discretion of ndestore.com

3.B Condition of Goods (Where Returns Are Statutorily Applicable Only)
Where a return or exchange is mandated solely by applicable consumer protection laws, the product must be returned unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in its original condition, with all original packaging, labels, seals intact and accompanied by the original invoice and accessories.

Any product that has been used, installed, opened, tampered with, tested, damaged or has a broken seal shall be deemed non-returnable and ineligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

3.C Defective Product Returns:
Notwithstanding the Final Sale & Non-Return Policy returns shall be considered only where the product is proven to be materially defective at the time of delivery as required under applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

Such claims must be:
- Reported in writing within three (3) days of delivery
- Supported by clear evidence, including photographs, videos and invoice details
- Subject to inspection, verification and approval by ndestore.com

Where a claim is validated, ndestore.com’s liability shall be limited at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law to repair, replacement or refund of the product value only. No ancillary, consequential or incidental damages shall be payable.


4. Refund Policy
ndestore.com shall review and decide on refund requests within 5–7 working days. Refunds are applicable only in limited and approved cases, including but not limited to unavailability of the ordered item.

Refund Timelines & Methods
Payment Gateway Orders:
Refunds shall be processed only through the payment gateway merchant portal, after deduction of applicable bank and gateway charges. Processing may take 30–45 working days after approval (third-party timelines apply).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds shall be processed within 30–45 working days after approval.

Cash / Bank Deposit Orders:
Refunds may take up to 45 working days.

Refunds cannot be made to:
- Wallet accounts
- Electronic bank transfers

Refunds shall be settled only via crossed bank cheque issued in favor of the customer or through Store Credit, at the sole discretion of ndestore.com. Customers may be required to provide complete and accurate bank details.


5. Store Credit
- Approved refunds may be settled via Store Credit
- Store Credit is non-transferable, non-withdrawable and non-convertible into cash
- Store Credit may only be used for future purchases on ndestore.com

6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval Any price difference, shipping, or handling charges shall be borne by the customer destore.com reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request without assigning any reason

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For reasons of safety, authenticity, and quality control, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Genuine auto spare parts
- Imported products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Electrical and electronic parts
- Seal-packed items once opened
- Products showing signs of installation, testing, or tampering

8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Confirming product compatibility and specifications
- Verifying part numbers and vehicle fitment
- Reviewing all product details prior to placing an order

ndestore.com shall not be liable for incorrect selections made by the customer.

9. Acceptance & Binding Effect
By placing an order on ndestore.com, the customer:
- Confirms acceptance of this Policy and all related Terms & Conditions
- Waives any claim arising from misunderstanding or non-review of the Policy
- Acknowledges that all decisions made by ndestore.com under this Policy are final and binding

10. Final Authority
All decisions regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, store credit issuance, rejection, or interpretation of this Policy rest solely with ndestore.com and shall be final, conclusive, and non-negotiable.

This Policy is designed to protect product authenticity, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain fairness in the auto spare parts e-commerce ecosystem.

Disclaimer:
Returned articles, where approved, shall be collected solely through a trackable courier service arranged by ndestore.com from the customer’s delivery address, with the return shipping cost borne by ndestore.com. To prevent delays, scams, or fraudulent activity, all return, refund, and exchange correspondence must be conducted exclusively via email at info@ndestore.com

ndestore.com does not accept walk-in or direct returns at any processing centers or locations. Any item returned without prior written approval or sent directly shall be rejected and ndestore.com shall bear no responsibility or liability for such returns.
