Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note the following shipping details for your reference:

  • Standard Nationwide Delivery Charges: PKR 250*
  • Order Processing: Orders placed on Sundays and National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery time within Pakistan ranges from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery location. For large parcels exceeding 4 kilograms in volumetric weight, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
  • Order Confirmation: Each order is dispatched only after a confirmation call from our representative at +92-423-7724222. Please note that calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
  • Same-Day Delivery (Lahore Only): Available at an additional cost.
  • Express Delivery: Available for all cities with revised shipping charges.

Third-Party Courier Services Disclaimer:
Delivery services are handled by third-party courier providers, and we do not assume liability for delays, damages caused during transit, or issues related to packaging. However, in case of any concerns, we encourage customers to report complaints, and we will strive to address them as a gesture of goodwill, without any legal obligation.


2.1 Returns & Exchange Policy:

We recognize that, at times, a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we are committed to addressing your concerns and providing a resolution. Please refer to our return and exchange policy outlined below.


2.2 Return Period:

We offer a strict 3-day return policy, effective from the date of order receipt. All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. Products that are damaged, used, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for returning the product at their own expense via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, to our designated return address.


2.3 Faulty Products:

If you receive a defective product or one that does not function as advertised, you must immediately contact us for assistance. Faulty products are eligible for return within 3 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

The acceptance or rejection of a return request is solely at the discretion of ndestore.com. We reserve the right to approve or decline returns based on product condition and compliance with our return policy.


2.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability and or at sellers desecration. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, exchange of the product can take 5-7 working days and an additional 7-9 working days for delivery.


2.5 Return of Seal Packed Products:

Our return policy stipulates that seal-packed products are non-returnable and non-replaceable under any circumstances. Once the product's seal is broken or the packaging is opened, it is considered used and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

This policy ensures the safety and quality of our products, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of sealed items once the packaging has been tampered with. We strongly advise customers to carefully inspect their purchases before breaking the seal. Unfortunately, returns or replacements for seal-packed products will not be accepted, regardless of the situation.


2.6 Return of Genuine Auto Spare Parts:

Our return policy for genuine auto spare parts specifies that once the product is purchased, it cannot be returned or replaced. However, please note that seal-packed auto spare parts are not eligible for return or replacement under any condition. Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the product is considered used and we are unable to accept it for return or exchange.

This policy helps maintain the integrity and quality of the spare parts. We encourage customers to thoroughly verify compatibility with their vehicle before opening the packaging. Returns or replacements for seal-packed products will not be accepted, regardless of the circumstances.


3.1 Refund Policy

Refunds for approved product returns will be processed within 15 to 30 days and credited to the customer’s designated bank account. In the event that a return request is declined, the product will be shipped back to the customer through a trackable courier service at their expense.

All service charges, bank fees, shipping costs, and any unforeseen expenses incurred during the transaction shall be deducted from the refundable amount. The refund amount is final, non-negotiable, and irrevocable. All refund decisions made by ndestore.com shall be deemed conclusive and legally binding on all parties without exception.


3.2 Return Policy of the Electrical Components

All electrical components are strictly non-returnable, regardless of the circumstances. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify product specifications and compatibility before making a purchase.

In exceptional cases, the seller retains absolute discretion to approve or reject a return request. However, any electrical product with a broken seal, signs of installation, or usage is strictly ineligible for return.

Furthermore, electrical components are sold without any warranty, express or implied, under all circumstances. The buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms as final, non-negotiable, and legally binding at the time of purchase.


4.1 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend to contact our representative at whatsapp +92-323-4954117 before initiating the return. In case the return is approved by complaint department only then ship the return to following address. If the parcel is sent without confirmation from Complaints department it shall not be received.

4.2 Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:

Please note that if the return or exchange is due to customer's change of mind or a mistaken order they placed, delivery charges will not be refunded. They are inclusive.  Which in most cases is Rs. 500. Returns or exchanges due to customer change of mind or mistaken orders will not include a refund for delivery charges. We seek your understanding that any costs incurred for shipping are only refundable when the fault lies with us, such as in cases of faulty products, packing mistakes.
