We do not offer cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method under any circumstances. Instead, where applicable and approved, store credit is issued in accordance with the policy defined below.
2. Store Credit in Place of Refunds
ndestore.com does not provide refunds in cash, bank transfer or payment gateway reversals.
- In approved cases, a store credit is issued to the customer’s account.
- The issued store credit includes a 10% bonus top-up as a goodwill gesture.
- Store credit can be used on the next order and is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be converted into cash.
This approach allows customers to continue shopping conveniently while maintaining pricing stability and inventory integrity.
3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges may only be considered at the sole discretion of ndestore.com and must strictly meet all of the following conditions:
- Request must be initiated within 3 days of order delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Packaging, labels, seals, and accessories must remain intact
- Approval from ndestore.com is mandatory before any return action
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the return or exchange request.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For quality control, safety, and authenticity reasons, return or exchange is strictly not available for the following categories:

6. Payment Gateway & Chargeback Policy

Orders placed on ndestore.com and paid through online payment gateways are not eligible for chargebacks or payment disputes.

In approved cases, store credit (with 10% top-up) will be issued instead of a refund.
7. Customer Consent & Legal Acknowledgment
- By placing an order on ndestore.com, the customer electronically agrees to all Terms & Conditions, including this Return & Exchange Policy.
- No physical signature, digital signature, or written consent is required for enforceability.
- This agreement is legally binding at the time of order placement.
If a customer does not agree with any part of this policy, they must inform ndestore.com in writing before placing an order. Orders from customers who do not agree with these terms will not be processed.
8. Final Authority
All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, store credit issuance, or rejection are made solely by ndestore.com. Such decisions are final, non-negotiable, and binding.
